In Edinburgh I ran across a small market on the Royal Mile. It was located inside of an old building and housed a few vendors along with a coffee bar and seating area. Although the building was rustic and dark, it had a modern aesthetic thanks to the chalk art placed throughout. All of the signs in the market and outside were written in chalk with different designs. It made the old building feel youthful and exciting.
