Enchanting Edinburgh

Scotland was never somewhere I expected to end up this summer, but last week I made the decision to follow my friends to Edinburgh and what a great decision that was. We left London Thursday night stayed at St. Christopers Inn while in Edinburgh.  Over the three days we were there we toured the castle, hiked Arthur’s Seat, had coffee at the Elephant house, and went on a ghost tour. Our days were jam-packed as we explored all that Edinburgh had to offer. The scenic views and quaint cafes made it a perfect first weekend away.
